Information collected.
Any personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point it is asked of you to provide any personal information.
We may ask and receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, birth details (including DOB, birth time & location), contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
Payments.
Payments are to be made prior to all physical or virtual readings, or meetings.
For any products or services purchased, no refunds will be provided. No refunds will be provided due to change of mind prior to, during or after any service begins (or has been completed). Reschedules are allowed up to two (2) business days before a session. By purchasing any service or product from this website (Learnings By Aleen), you agree to partake based on the time frames discussed via email or booked through the scheduling system.
Virtual and Physical Readings, Meetings & Service (Product) Policy.
Once an appointment is scheduled, all private sessions, whether in-person or virtual, are final sale. Sessions can not be cancelled and no refunds will be provided. If you would like to request an appointment reschedule, please contact us within two (2) business days for an adjustment. Please note that if the original appointment expires from multiple re-bookings, a refund will not be issued. In addition, any unused appointment remaining after thirty (30) days from its original booking date will also expire, and no refund will be issued.
All information discussed during a private session, both virtual and physical (in-person) are confidential. Recordings are sent to the participant (client) and are saved for one year from the date of the reading. Recordings are sent via email and by purchasing any product or service, you understand these terms.
A grace period of 10 minutes will be given for each reading. Failure to attend the reading within 10 minutes of its starting time is considered a forfeited session. No refunds or reschedules are permitted.
Voice Note Readings.
By booking a reading with me, you agree to the following terms: I do not offer readings related to fertility, pregnancy, legal matters, or yes/no tarot questions. The work I share is rooted in energetic and intuitive guidance and is not a replacement for professional medical, legal, mental health, or financial advice. I am not a licensed therapist or healthcare provider. If you’re in crisis or need clinical support, please reach out to the appropriate professionals. All readings are intended to support your self-awareness and personal empowerment, but you are always responsible for your own choices. All bookings are final and non-refundable, so please book only when you feel clear and ready. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

By confirming your appointment with Aleen Apanian, you are consenting that you are in good physical health and of sound mind, and do not suffer from any condition that would hinder your participation with Aleen Apanian. These activities include but are not limited to; Energy Readings, voice notes, meetings, and other various activities. You understand any personal medical concerns should be addressed and monitored under the care of a medical professional. Any advice received is ultimately determined by your own free will, thereby releasing any liability to sue Aleen Apanian (or Learnings By Aleen).
Your participation in all activities, is confirmation that you are fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages known or unknown without limitation. By attending your scheduled appointment or workshop with Aleen Apanian, or entering any space with Aleen Apanian, you acknowledge that you have read and completely understand the terms of these terms, that you are legally of sound mind, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
